BioMed White Resin is a rigid material for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin contact or short-term mucosal membrane contact. Unique in the Formlabs portfolio, this medical-grade material is also USP <151> Pyrogen and Acute Systemic toxicity tested and can be used in applications with short-term tissue, bone, and dentin contact. It's also USP Class VI certified which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical and drug delivery applications.

Supports print resolutions of 100 microns.

BioMed Elastic 50A Resin is a soft, elastic, medical-grade material for applications requiring comfort, biocompatibility, and transparency. This ISO 10993 and USP Class VI certified material is made in an FDA-registered, ISO 13485 facility and can be used in applications for long-term skin contact (>30 days), and short-term mucosal membrane contact (<24 hours).

BioMed Black is a rigid material with a matte finish for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin contact or short-term mucosal membrane contact. Parts printed with BioMed Black Resin are compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. BioMed Black Resin is manufactured in an ISO 13485 facility and is also USP Class VI certified which makes it suitable for pharmaceutical and drug delivery applications. Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns.

BioMed Amber v1 Resin is a strong, stiff material for biocompatible applications requiring short-term skin or mucosal membrane contact. Parts printed with BioMed Amber Resin are compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. Requires Form 2, Form 3B, or Form 3BL for printing. Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required.

Nylon 11 Powder is Formlabs higher performance, bio-based nylon material for functional prototyping and small batch production of ductile, robust parts. Suited for printing parts that need to bend or take impact.

For use with Fuse 1 Printer system.

Rigid 10K Resin is highly reinforced with glass to provide a tensile modulus of 10,000, ideal for precise parts needing to withstand load without bending.

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required. Requires Resin Tank LT for Form 2.

Tough 1500 Resin is the most resilient material in Formlabs' functional family of Tough and Durable Resins, and is also evaluated and certifiied for skin contact safety in accordance with ISO 10993-1. Choose Tough 1500 Resin for stiff and pliable parts that bend and spring back quickly, as well as parts requiring extended skin contact applications such as wearables, personal protective equipment, and other consumer goods.

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required. Requires Resin Tank LT for Form 2. 

BioMed Clear Resin is a hard, strong material for biocompatible applications requiring long-term skin or mucosal membrane contact. This USP Class VI certified material is suitable for applications that require wear resistance and low water absorption over time. Requires Form 2, Form 3B, or Form 3BL for printing.

Supports print resolutions: 100 microns (printer dependent). Post-curing required. Requires Resin Tank LT for Form 2.
