Product Overview
The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 2 is a low cost filtration option which extracts fumes generated by an open framed 3D printer. Using a single input hose, the PrintPRO 2 withdraws fumes produced during the printing process and vents the filtered air out through the bottom of the extractor. Because of the air withdrawal and single speed setting, it is recommended for smaller 3D printers.
For larger printers or enclosed printers that will need to maintain a higher temperature in the printing environment, the 3D PrintPRO 3 model is recommended.
The 3D PrintPRO 2 has the benefit of low noise level and minimal power consumption. Each unit is supplied with a connection hose, ‘Stay Put’ arm, and conical shaped funnel. An additional recommended enclosure is available for Ultimaker 3D printer models, which increases the effectiveness of fume extraction while also providing a more controlled printing environment.
