Bring Large Format 3D Printing In-House
The Form 3BL is the large format medical 3D printer that raises the bar for dependable high-production 3D printing for medical applications, designed to work day and night with minimal intervention. Spend less time troubleshooting and get new hires up to speed quickly with intuitively designed, easy-to-use hardware and software.
Each Form 3BL 3D printer includes the essential tools required to start printing with Formlabs' extensive resin library, including biocompatible resins, and a one-year warranty. Also included is a Finish Kit with a Rinse Bucket and a set of Cleaning Tools to help keep your workspace clean and organized while putting the finishing touches on your large format 3D printed parts.
Refurbished units are inspected and tested at our repair facilities to meet the same standards as new printers. Refurbished printers may have minor cosmetic imperfections, but these do not affect print quality or functionality.
Refurbished units ship with the same one year warranty as a new printer and service plans are also available for purchase for this one year. Refurbished units cannot be purchased with an Extended Warranty or Extended Pro Service Plan.

Two staggered Light Processing Units (LPUs) inside the printer use a compact system of lenses and mirrors to deliver accurate, repeatable prints.
Each high-density laser passes through a spatial filter to guarantee a clean laser spot.

All SLA 3D printed parts require washing to remove residual resin. The Form Wash L automates this process, leaving you with smooth, clean, high-quality parts every time.
Once washing completes, parts are lifted out of the solvent to air dry, avoiding over-soaked, warped prints. The embedded solvent monitor helps you maintain peak cleaning performance by notifying you when it’s time to replace your solvent.
Post-curing SLA 3D printed parts helps them reach their maximum mechanical properties and achieve peak dimensional accuracy.
Form Cure L uses two 500W heaters and high-powered UV lights alongside a reflective inner cavity and rotating turntable to provide a consistent, high-intensity cure. Whether it’s for large prints or high throughput production of smaller parts, Form Cure L can be used with all of your Formlabs SLA 3D printers.
