Take One Make One®

A new inventory management model

TOMO®

Transform your physical inventory into digital inventory manufactured on demand! Reduce inventory on hand, eliminate stockouts, allow engineers to iterate designs with no obsolescence.

Take One Make One

Developed by Azoth, the Take One Make One system is a new way of manufacturing indirect materials. Building on lean manufacturing principles, TOMO® aims to fully optimize the inventory management process by eliminating waste and reducing the cost to carry inventory.

With TOMO, a digital copy of the physical inventory is created which can then be used to manufacture custom parts on-demand via 3D printers. In other words, when a user takes one product out of inventory your additive manufacturing department, or Azoth, manufactures one to replace it. Whether you have complex parts or low use material parts, parts can be manufactured within a day or to. This system drastically decreases inventory levels and allows engineers to iterate their designs with little to no obsolescence.
