Formlabs Fuse 1 Printer Package

The Fuse Sift Replacement 300 Micron Sieve helps separate out powder for recycling during the sifting process. 

Required for use with Formlabs Nylon 11 CF Powder printed on the Fuse 1+ system.

The Fuse 1 Optical Cassette should be cleaned between each print. Keep additional on hand for fast swapping to minimize downtime between prints.

The Fuse Sift Replacement 150 Sieve helps separate out powder for recycling during the sifting process. 

The Fuse Sift Replacement HEPA Air Filter should be replaced as needed. Maintenance notifications will prompt when the filter is approaching the end of lifespan and replacement is required.

The Fuse 1 Replacement Air Intake Filter should be replaced as needed. Maintenance notifications will prompt when the filter is approaching the end of lifespan and replacement is required.

The Fuse 1 Replacement Air Exhaust Filter should be replaced as needed. Maintenance notifications will prompt when the filter is approaching the end of lifespan and replacement is required.

The Fuse 1 Powder Cartridge is designed for simplified powder mixing and transfer between the Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift. Add additional Powder Cartridges to enable continuous printing and reduce downtime. Industry leading cooldown times allow new prints to be started 1-2 hours after the previous print has finished.

The Fuse 1 Build Chamber is designed for maximum throughput. Add a second removable Build Chamber and additional Powder Cartridges to enable continuous printing and reduce downtime. Industry leading cooldown times allow new prints to be started 1-2 hours after the previous print has finished.
