Improved air quality, safer workspace
The UltiMaker S5 Air Manager ensures a safer working environment, providing a closed, inside- out airflow for the UltiMaker S5 3D printer. Its multi-speed fan and replaceable filter quietly remove up to 95% of all ultrafine particles (UFPs) emitted during 3D printing. It also acts as a barrier to stop anyone from touching hot or moving parts and interfering with prints, while simultaneously providing a more regulated internal environment for printing.
More materials, less hassle
Every decision during the UltiMaker S5 Material Station's development was made to optimize the delivery of 3D printing materials. Its fully enclosed, humidity-controlled chamber stores filament in ideal conditions below 40% relative humidity. And while 3D printing, it reliably detects when one spool runs out of filament and automatically switches to another filament spool to resume printing. This means you can more easily avoid human error while also achieving higher quality prints.
Up to 95% of ultrafine particles removed
An EPA filter removes up to 95% of all ultrafine particles from the UltiMaker S5 build chamber. Positioned for maximum efficiency within the UltiMaker S5 Air Manager, the large and easily replaceable filter traps emitted particles. Through smart monitoring, filter usage is tracked on the printer and prompts for replacement when needed.
